Pros

You can survive for long if you don't have self respect and power to avoid humiliation by leadership

Cons

Finance General experience is that you will not get good growth opportunities here. Company entering into JV mode but with minority stake. No profit will come out from it in near future. Profitability will be the issue as due to lack of skilled leadership. Already they don't give appraisals every 3rd year Favouritism is at peak. There is no freedom to do things in organisation. You become risky to current management if you perform well. Way behind the market due to internal politics. Current management don't take ownership of decisions rather passes everything to global and quote it as protocol. Clueless management who are more focused in ring fencing their own job. Current internal finance trend is, trap the external good talent, pull the juices out from them and take credit. When they ask for some emoluments in return then management becomes deaf as they have already stole credit for their own growth, how can they again quote for someone else's growth. Uneven distribution of duties. Few people have lot of work few have no work. They create environment that they are best company but they are running race with themselves with no competition.
