      Interesting projects, great pay, great people.

      Cons

      Vacation wasn't great and not a lot of flexibility in hours. I blame that on being in the union though. Most people I worked with that were company employees had a lot of flexibility and vacation time.

      not busy, easy job. no need to work overtime.

      Cons

      They prefer to promote their people. some kind of peoples may not have a fair opportunity. A wrong color can destroy everything.
