It's a good job for students - Sales Associate CosmoProf Employee Review

It feels like management really dosent appreciate their employees. You can do a lot for company and go above and beyond and all u really get is a card that says Good job! Not even a gift card or something useful. The pay is also not great. It's minimum wage. They expect their employees to be full time and to be long term and expect them to survive in the Bay Area with $12? Some employees are license professionals as well and you think they would pay them a bit more but no. HR kind of sucks and if they make a mistake on your paycheck you have to wait untill your next paycheck to see the correction.
