      Pros

      The customers are great! If you dig in you can learn so much. The beauty industry is fun.

      Cons

      Lack of communication from senior management. The turnover in senior positions is unreal which leads you to believe there are missing links, and incompetence. They do not pay their staff what they deserve, and this is one of the main reasons why the turnover is so high.

      Easy job Discount Free samples(sometimes) Don’t have to deal with the public because it is only licensed professionals

      Cons

      You work alone for a few outs Also if you are scheduled Sundays you work alone. Some people come in and steal and it’s scary if you don’t know how to handle the situation. Especially if you are alone Even though you don’t have to deal with the public you do at the same time because some people come in and try to shop even though they don’t have a license.
