Pros
At least at the store I work at, my co-workers make things less terrible, and the hours the store is open are decent.
Cons
You get paid the bare minimum even though your store may make over a million, the customers are so angry with the company and the stores that they take it out on whoever they can, and the management/company in general could not care less about their employees. They also have told my co-worker that they aren't "allowed" to give any employee a perfect review.
