Low pay No way to bonus Health insurance was changed to one full year of employment instead of 90 days. Not much of an incentive to new hires Poor Territorial management as well as VP Extremely poor communication from upper management Very poor training program Some stores are located in very bad areas Some stores are in very poor condition Power goes out in 12 degree weather, you are expected to keep working until it gets dark No running water? Keep the store open. No working bathroom, keep the store open.
