Pros
Discount on products, you get the occasional nice customer. That’s all I can really say. This company is absolutely horrendous.
Cons
Management, from all the way at the top to basic store managers, absolutely horrible. The company claims to be inclusive but it isn’t. They don’t hire any POC but will hire blatantly racist people. The vast majority of their staff is white. I work at cosmoprof and I’ve watched people get turned down for their color and the size of their body. It’s not all inclusive and issues don’t get solved when they have been addressed to HR multiple times. They won’t hire anyone. I’ve been working and running the store alone. For half a year now. Without a raise.
