      Pros

      It was overall a rewarding experience, gained knowledge and skills that can be utilized in other businesses. There is an opportunity to make bonus quarterly. You recruit your Team which is 100% the only way to grow your business - If you have a strong Team you will go far.

      Cons

      Low support when short staffed. Management is responsible for covering all shifts. Hourly wages for management and associates are low. Difficult to make bonus when Monthly Goals are unattainable due to COVID.

      Easy job Discount Free samples(sometimes) Don’t have to deal with the public because it is only licensed professionals

      Cons

      You work alone for a few outs Also if you are scheduled Sundays you work alone. Some people come in and steal and it’s scary if you don’t know how to handle the situation. Especially if you are alone Even though you don’t have to deal with the public you do at the same time because some people come in and try to shop even though they don’t have a license.
