Pros
The people I work with on my Team and in our District are amazing. I respect my supervisor. The customers are so fun. It's exciting to learn so much about the product and industry.
Cons
There's a complete disconnect between us and the VPs, Presidents and CEOs of this company. There is no concept of reality for Canadian challenges when they introduce new US directives. It's frustrating to keep up with always changing company tag lines and focuses that the VP dreams up. It's like instead of doing something really well and mastering it we need to be distracted by something else. Throw something at the wall and see what sticks. They're more interested in hearing themselves talk than listening to truth. Oh and we are expected to run a business with less and less resources with hours, tools, supplies and support. But still hit incredibly high sales goals.
