Pros
Subsidized cafe on-site offering delicious, healthy meals at an affordable price. The office interior is very high end including artwork and top of the line work stations.
Cons
Senior leadership is clearly motivated by profits only. There is a great lack of communication coming down from the top. Many of the lower level positions offer little opportunity for advancement. There is also a great deal of nepotism.
