Pros

John S. Was a great dispatcher. Everyone there worked hard to keep me from leaving.

Cons

When I quit they screwed me. I live in West Texas. Took an extra week of running loads so I could turn the truck in at the yard. Last load delivered within 2 miles of the yard. Turned the truck in in good shape. They owed me about $400 for the week. Had over $2000 in security escrow. Had over $3000 in maintenance escrow. And another $200 in accelerated escrow. They kept every bit of it. Have not seen a dime since I left.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. The number one goal of our lease purchase program is ownership. We promote and stand by our culture of supporting our drivers in their goal to own their tractors, therefore it is not a walk away lease. If there are issues where a driver is unable to complete the program, we communicate and work together to return the tractor, and escrow is applied to any unpaid balances. I’m glad to know that your dispatcher and support team were advocates for you to complete the program. We truly want to see our drivers succeed in their career goals! We wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Home Time Is Reliable ,Easy Work (No-Touch Freight).

Cons

There is no overtime pay, and the benefits package is limited. Drivers are often required to work 60–70 hours per week at straight time. Routes are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so there is little predictability—you typically don’t know your route until the start of your shift. The equipment is equipped with radar-based safety systems, including speed control and automatic emergency braking, which can be restrictive and take time to adjust to, contributing to a more stressful driving experience.
