Pros
Great team environment and educational experience at hands on look at the direction of the entertainment industry. I loved hearing all the different agents speak on a daily basis.
Cons
Some interns were placed in departments that had little to no work. Human resources seemed too disconnected from the program to help provide more challenging work.
