      Pros

      Easy work with great benefits and plenty of opportunities to move up in the company. They like to promote from within.

      Cons

      Pay is not the best but is competitive for the most part. Every now and then you get a supervisor who is not the greatest but I would not say was bad. However, most of the supervisors and bosses are great!
