Pros

1> 5 Day working 2> On time Salary

Cons

1> NO WORK LIFE BALANCE (On an average you end up working for 12 hours where actual shift time is 9 hours - No Extra Pay) All Public holidays are working including 1st May, 15th August, 26th January etc. So everyone needs to adjust leaves and work on public holidays. It’s really difficult to approve Leaves from managers even if you have leaves balance 2> No Infrastructure (They Turn off AC after 10 pm where many people work for a night shift, washroom are very small so you need to wait for 10-15 minutes for your turn 3> No hygiene: You can see Rats and cockroaches roaming around your desk and pantry at night and management do not bother to fix this hygiene issue 4> senior associates in ULATUS-Project Management team are so pathetic. that they scroll at other employees as if you are slaves. Managers Scrolls at fresher like school teachers and insults them in front of a team 5> Performance appraisal is fully biased depends on your relationship with a manager, not about your commitment to work (Especially if your manager like to Smoke-then go with him and smoke together, you will get appraisal + Bonus, if you can give your boss accompany in drinks will be an added advantage) 6> Ulatus PM Team like to highlight your problems and mistakes than your commitment and good work 7> If you are not good with your managers, even after you are working well and performing better than others, your probation period can get extended and when they get another good resource they can terminate you without any intimation for no reason 8> Person who has never coordinated with Clients at all gets ‘Best Client oriented Project Manager’ Award at Yearly Award night, It’s just a matter of good relations and influence with Managers. This is just to explain the level of office politics 9> APM and above notice period is 2 Months and if you try to negotiate with management they just carelessly ignore your request and if you are in good terms with management you get a release as per your needs 10> Managers like to keep your resignation email pending and do not confirm it over email. No transparency about the process

Pros

For the past ten years, Enago has steadily provided the majority of my income. They consistently send me interesting work. Sometimes the deadlines are tight, but I always have the option to refuse without penalty. The project management staff is responsive (available through chat). Payment is regular and transparent, and there is an incentive system to reward consistency and error-free work.

Cons

Recently, the workload has become less steady, likely due to changes in the industry globally. If you your edits to a paper amount to less than 10% (or 20%, depending on the service) of the final document, it is sent back to you to make up the difference. Naturally, this encourages the editor to make unnecessary changes to meet the minimum threshold. Sometimes quality reviewers make errors, either misapplying rules of English or through ignorance of what makes for proper academic English. However, they are open to discussion when challenged.
