      the colleagues are trully great.

      Cons

      Bad management. They are not making decisions. CrossKnowledge is part if Regent now, And there is no investment. Almost all employees are on quit resignation mode.

      Pros

      Overall great company culture and lots of perks. Really great people and actually a great suite of products that you can stand behind when speaking to current and prospective clients.

      Cons

      Salary much lower than that of equivalent positions in the area. Tendency to undervalue talent and no real growth opportunities. Direction of organization often unclear.
