      Pros

      Overall great company culture and lots of perks. Really great people and actually a great suite of products that you can stand behind when speaking to current and prospective clients.

      Cons

      Salary much lower than that of equivalent positions in the area. Tendency to undervalue talent and no real growth opportunities. Direction of organization often unclear.

      Pros

      I join the company in 2011 and was looking forward to confirm all the good things said about it. So far after 3 years no deception what so ever. I like the collaboration across teams, positive mindset, innovative, "go for it" entrepreneurship attitude, great overall values. Great place to work! The culture is very strong and will this company a big one!

      Cons

      Need to be more diverse. Not enough gender balance within management positions, this is something easy to fix. Sometimes not enough international in its business approach.

      Pros

      Great colleagues. A team of very talented, but undervalued individuals.

      Cons

      All politics. The senior leadership is in for themselves and if you are not in with the senior leadership, you are out. They don't listen to their employees or customers. Building irrelevant products for a non-existent market just to please their own ego. Toxic place. Stay away. It is a dying business.
