Cons
I would not call this a con. It’s more of a consideration. Crowd Favorite is dispersed, so you need to consider whether you want to work remotely.
- Great benefits package (unlimited PTO, 401k match, health package, maternity/paternity leave).
- Intelligent coworkers to work with in different cities.
- Interesting projects - work on a multitude of websites from different industries.
- Ability to work remote (entire company works from home).
- Opportunity for growth, company promotes from within.
Cons
- Evolving systems between upper management and employees. (Although this seems to be more of growing pains.)
