      Pros

      A great team, a great company culture, remote working, full support from the leadership. A great place to work.

      Cons

      Personally, I dont had any cons. I left because of a Backend Developer role, wich suits much more my skills, but this was a personal preference.

      I’ve been with Crowd Favorite for almost a year and have really enjoyed working with my teammates. Super supportive and always seek to improve. Glad I joined

      I would not call this a con. It’s more of a consideration. Crowd Favorite is dispersed, so you need to consider whether you want to work remotely.
