Pros

It is a simple job. No experience required

Cons

Management is no where to be found in terms of what a manager is supposed to represent. It is weak, with no employee protection against harassment. 4 people quit since I was there for 8 months, and I was fired without just grounds, because someone there “didn't like me” because of their own insecurities. They tried to fire me without severance pay, which I pursued and received in the end. It is a poor representation of what Culligan as a whole represents. That’s the problem with a small business franchise… there is no consistency. If you’re smart, you will continue to look else where for a position that you can grow in. There is no room for growth here, it is very dead end. They do not pay well, and despite advertisement, there is no pension. There is not adequate training for positions, either. Poorly, poorly run business practice without a single ethic to find in sight.

I just didn’t like the location. Kinda small, but definitely seem to be growing the company.
