Excellent people Hold themselves to the highest standards You are well supported Critical Systems management will not take on a project that they cannot deliver and resource adequately. They will not risk the company's reputation to win another job and over stretch the team.
Cons
Low risk tolerance and gradual progression. Those wanting to progress quickly and take on lots of responsibility should look at smaller companies where you will have less guard rails. Still very busy in spite of support and good management. It's a fast paced industry. Some late nights may be required. Highest standards are expected from all. Renumeration probably not as good as competitors.
