Pros
- Opportunities to work on high-profile projects albeit the scope to be involved in is relatively minor. - Exposure to regulated design workflows and engineering solutions. - Support on self-initiated learning outside of work (courses, accredited tests) and other employee benefits - Colleagues were generally collaborative and supportive.
Cons
- The Singapore office is relatively small, with limited expertise in specialized areas, which can make career growth difficult. - Management style in my team leaned heavily toward micromanagement and criticism rather than constructive guidance, which affected morale and development. - Lack of consistency between stated career development opportunities and the actual follow-through. The company promotes heavily the idea of prioritizing employees, but poor leadership execution and interventions.
