Pros
CCS has supportive colleagues, the dress code is relaxed (except when client facing), managers and higher ups are open to discussions and make themselves available, and communication is generally good.
Cons
Not a lot of room for upward mobility, employee insurance is expensive, vacation policy (no rollover allowed, start at 2 weeks, max 4 weeks for any employee regardless of length of tenure).
