Pros
If you have no experience at all this place will let you ease in. They will give you miscellaneous projects like network integration, surveys, desktop deployment, break-fix, configuration, and end-of-life. If you apply yourself you can get a really decent introduction to IT.
Cons
Once you are in the field you will have to drive 2-3 hours a day sometimes. The morale can be low at times and the work environment can sometimes feel like you're going no-where. Not very much vertical growth, (but lot's of lateral which is ok if you're starting out).
