Pros

Work from home in the heart of Kyiv, with the opportunity to work on a great project. Plus, you’ll have access to good health insurance.

Cons

The company has completely neglected its employees. There are no more presents, no offline events, and only a few online events. The only way to earn points is by doing something exceptional, which can be used to buy trivial items. To purchase something meaningful, you must save for years. Management wants everyone to be a manager but refuses to compensate them for the additional work. Salary reviews are infrequent and occur only once a year. To receive a salary review, you must consistently exceed expectations. Additionally, the company has a high number of russian employees.

Honestly, no real cons so far. Everything just works the way it should.

Disappointing, minimal raise High turnover- layoffs to save money and then hires a few months after, then layoffs again A feeling of no job security
