      - Compensation, specifically for LATAM, is attractive - Good work life balance

      Cons

      - Irrelevant projects in terms of technology - It looks like CT has a difficulty establishing itself in the client - Too many short term projects - Internal communication is not good... - ...and project communication is terrible - Even though compensation is good for LATAM, salary is marginally lower than other companies that also hire LATAM employees for outsourcing - Career paths is not clear, don't know if career grow is possible within the company

      1. Onboarding was super smooth - everything was clear and organized from day one. 2. Managers are friendly, quick to reply, and always ready to help out. 3. The company genuinely cares about people - you feel supported, not just managed.

      Honestly, no real cons so far. Everything just works the way it should.
