Innovative Work: Cyberhawk operates at the cutting edge of our industry, and it is truly exciting to be involved. Professional Development: Cyberhawk provides access to training/development opportunities and progression paths. Impactful Work: I feel that every day, our efforts are making a significant difference in the industries we serve, and being a part of that is something I am truly proud of. Dynamic Environment: Many employees have the chance to work on diverse projects and have the opportunity to move to different departments when a role comes up they could be suited to. Openness: We’re a very open and transparent team, which means everyone’s voice is heard. Growth rate: I’d have put this as a con, but it depends on how you view it. While the speed of growth is good for the business, not all areas are scaling at a similar rate, leaving some people wearing many hats. However, I view this as a challenge and opportunity for personal growth rather than a negative.
