      This a great company to work for with lots of interesting things to work on. Pros: Hybrid flexibility Team culture Golden Office in Colorado Type of work I am doing My Manager My team

      Cons

      Salary is a little low- However the pros outweigh this. I have worked a lot of hours outside of contract at my own expense which was needed to keep things going.

      Awful compensation for amount of time spent away from home. Icky Americanisation of company alienating for staff. Lost its "homegrown" feel in favour of expansion and exploitation of staff.
