      If you make good numbers they turn an away from safety Lack of training This company is one accident away from causing a major fire. Ceo creates hostile work environment with comments like it's an at will state and we will fire you if we want during training

      This a great company to work for with lots of interesting things to work on. Pros: Hybrid flexibility Team culture Golden Office in Colorado Type of work I am doing My Manager My team

      Cons

      Salary is a little low- However the pros outweigh this. I have worked a lot of hours outside of contract at my own expense which was needed to keep things going.
