Pros
Good Office Environment. Flexible with WFH requirements. Management are very approachable.
Cons
Can be hard to plan personal time due to work timetable changing and nothing set past 1-2 weeks down the line - nature of the industry though. Lower base pay than other companies, although uplifts are very good but are not guaranteed. Can be difficult to see career progression due to being a smaller company.
