Pressure free work place as there is hardly any work. Managers are very friendly with you on the timing.
Cons
Not a business oriented. Management has no interest in capturing new works. They always look at the employee to get work from customer. Managers here only leaches out heavy salaries but hardly do any work. Higher management has no interest in trying to get business. Worst CEO who hardly works. Investors are gods and employees are enemies. Worst HR POLICIES AND THE PEOPLE. HR are hardly seen. Mailing to HR IS LIKE MAILING TO SANTA. ALWAYS NO REPLY.
