      Pros

      I love Cyient, they have the best work live balance I have ever seen in the industry. The benefits are GREAT, office environment is AWSOME, even parking is great. I was formally and informally welcomed the day I arrived. This company had my computer ready, email was working on day TWO, I had my badge on the first day. I was fully working on my third day! AWSOME

      Cons

      NONE so far so good. I have been with the company for six months.

      Great company not the management

      Pros

      Great job for recent college graduates who are looking for experience. Many new hires use the company to jump start their career or to get a job with Cyient's clients. Work with one of the best aerospace clients. 401k, health benefits, dental, vision.

      Cons

      This year they picked the worse insurance provider ever. From one of the best to one of the worst. Very uncomfortable work environment. Management makes rounds every hour making sure you are at your desk and you are actually working. If you go to the bathroom too often it's a problem. Standing at the printer for too long. It's a problem. Very paranoid management makes for very uncomfortable work environment. .

      Don't waste your time with this Indian company if you are outside of India

      Ability to work from home, benefits are ok

      Raises are below average, advancement is nowhere to be seen, if you are a female - GOOD LUCK, if you are not in India - I WISH YOU EVEN MORE GOOD LUCK, if you are a remote employee you are pretty much forgotten about, HR is awful, Onboarding is horrendous, top leadership are jerks and don't care about anything other themselves (insert their self promotion(s) on LinkedIn), the head of marketing is an absolute joke, the new COO is making too many changes that lead those left behind fearful of his intention, the left hand does not talk to the right hand, the list goes on and on. Stay away!
