      Minimal management involvement in daily operations. Vacation and Holidays for staff and management employees. Decent work space provided for staff.

      Cons

      The first three levels of management are unqualified, seldom available, un-supportive, and avoid involvement with the customer or daily operation of the business.

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
