      Pros

      Paid well. And got good reviews. I could always call the office if I needed something or wanted to move on.

      Cons

      I was on-site with the customer and just a number to Cyient. And when the position on-site ended, so did my position with Cyient. They made no effort to move into another position and laid me off.

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
