      Good start for young engineers with no experience right out of college but dont plan on making a lot of money get some experience then leave

      Cons

      Work is year to year if the contracts are not renewed with the local jet engine maker you are SOL

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
