Selfish Leaders - Engineer Cyngn Employee Review

So far the opportunity at Cyngn is exciting to see. Everyone was super helpful with onboarding and made sure we have what we need to succeed. My coworkers and leadership all seem like great people and everyone seems excited about the future. A great group sof ar! I also appreciate the good health insurance.

No cons so far that I can see.

At the time of this post, I've been with Cyngn for 45 days, and the experience has been great. The company has well-structured internal processes that make it easy to get work done efficiently, including seamless expense submissions. Management is engaged, supportive, and open to feedback, creating an environment where ideas are welcomed and valued. Cyngn operates with a clear focus and plan, allowing employees the autonomy to do their jobs while holding them accountable. The overall work culture is positive, making it a great place to grow and contribute. Looking forward to the journey ahead!

Im yet to experience any cons. I'm sure I will. Not every company is perfect.
