      Flexible job description, catering to individual’s strengths/career goals; SOPs are flexible and there’s not a ton; not swamped with meetings; better health benefits than other CROs; pays above average and recognizes good work with bonuses and promotions; better work-life balance

      Cons

      The team’s skillset as a whole is limited causing those that are better to work too much and get burnt out and those that aren’t as good coast; limited training and/or professional development opportunities; PM department; upper management turnover

      Highly niche area; very interesting products and services

      At the time, executive leadership was highly controlling and had shifted from the product-led, innovation strategy that the company was founded on to a sales-led strategy that had significant impacts to the internal culture. Good to see that leadership has changed - hopefully for the better.
