      Pros

      40 hour work week. Retirement plan is good. Great employees at lower levels

      Cons

      Executive management is poor. No tatical or strategic plan only a sunrise plan- sun is up so we do this today. Accountability is non existant. Many ready to retire and do not rock the boat.
