Pay is good. Benefits are okay. You can get a lot of hours if you want and the work is chill. Everybody is good people.
Cons
Too many breaks in work with no pay. 1 week off in November, no pay. 2 weeks in December, no pay. Spring break in August, no pay. Summer, no pay.
