since the transition from switzerland as a business unit towards the DACH business unit, German people have been structurally promoted(10 cases) while swiss coworkers were not considered even though they were more capable as part of a cost exercice (as German salaries are 50% of a swiss salary). This is purest form of discrimination and should be punishable by law. Also, people are not developed but rather kept in their place, complete disregards for development and lack of leadership,
