Pros
It is not the best job but not the worst job either. They give you a 90 day,6 month,1 year then early raise. It is room for advancement and they post some jobs only in-house. Gives you paid breaks including lunch. Company contributes 401k even if you don't.
Cons
Negative atmosphere. Unorganized. Favortism among management. Max out pay very soon. Low bonus. Insurance doesn't cover alot. Work 4 weekends to get 1 off.
