      Pros

      Pay and benefits are pretty good, comparable with industry.

      Cons

      Abusive management. No diversity. Creativity discouraged. Hard work is not rewarded. Pandering and brown nosing are. This company was created by a hard working engineer, who used to work side by side with machinists and designers, as little as 20 years ago, but now it is controlled by his offshore billionaire grandsons who gave up their citizenship to avoid paying taxes and alimony.

      This environment in the network group is entirely too toxic there is a person that is absolutely toxic will make you hate your life and is absolutely HR Nightmare how they're still there I do not understand do not work here do not work here you will regret it they are severely understand and do not appreciate employees
