      Pros

      They have excellent 401K and health insurance. They also have an open door policy and room for advancement.

      Cons

      They preach about safety but do not follow up well when safety concerns are brought to their attention. In fact, at the plant I work at they seem to fine a way up anyone who gets hurt. While sometimes it is partly the employee's fault, that is not always the case.

      Hybrid work environment, stand up desk at work

      Cons

      You are a number and expendable. Once you get past 20% of the salary range for your level, you have a bullseye on your back so they can replace you with someone cheaper.
