      Pros

      Pay was worth it, I worked many hours but it paid off when I got my check. The work was not too hard.

      Cons

      Co-workers could be hostile at times. It was hard to move up once you got to a middle position. Had to work on some off days.

      The people within your department are a great resource of knowledge and positive to be around

      Recent changes over time have made the job more stressful with the people doing the hard work being listened to less and with more work being piled on without additional support being made available.
