      Pros

      The pay rate is the best I have seen. You can always move up in the company. You do get a lot of holidays off.

      Cons

      It's hot. Extremely hot during the summer especially in the cup plants. A lot of people there do not speak English. Depending on the buildings you'll work a rotating shift. They never shut down. Even if there's a blizzard. They cap vacation time after so many years.

      The people within your department are a great resource of knowledge and positive to be around

      Recent changes over time have made the job more stressful with the people doing the hard work being listened to less and with more work being piled on without additional support being made available.
