Pros
Dart is very good about work/life balance. They are active in the community and support family activities for their employees. Their values extend far beyond just making money. They work hard to make a great product, take care of their customers, and minimize their carbon footprint through education and recycling.
Cons
Some departments have severe leadership deficiencies. There are a LOT of managers, but very few leaders. And there are still significant challenges in communication and collaboration across functional groups.
