      Hybrid woro schedule. You work from home Thursday and Fridays. Lots of helpful coworkers good team environment

      The drafting department pay is not the greatest and there has been large layoffs every few years

      You are a number and expendable. Once you get past 20% of the salary range for your level, you have a bullseye on your back so they can replace you with someone cheaper.
