      - Work/Home balance easily manageable - Great Pay, Good Benefits (a little pricey, but good) - Most days the job is easy

      Cons

      - Non-union, so no protection for employees - Management has zero ability to manage - Management operates on the "good ol' boy" system and if you aren't one of their favorites, you'll be the first to get thrown under the bus.

      The people within your department are a great resource of knowledge and positive to be around

      Recent changes over time have made the job more stressful with the people doing the hard work being listened to less and with more work being piled on without additional support being made available.
