      Pros

      -Smart, talented coworkers; collaborative atmosphere. -Nice office, decent benefits, lunch every day. -a REAL opportunity to actually see the fruits of your individual efforts alongside your group efforts. -leadership that actively listens. -awesome engineering team eager to put any good idea to the test.

      Cons

      -It's a small startup so expect to get your hands dirtier than at a larger company. -decisions can sometimes be slow in coming. This is more advice than a con: this isn't a ping-pong table-crazy outings-endless schwag kind of startup. This place means to be profitable ASAP and are fiscally conservative. If you are looking for crazy perks, this isn't the company for you.

      - Phenomenal engineering team really drives us forward - Intelligent, sociable, and humble coworkers make for a collaborative and productive atmosphere - Building unique IP with a clear path to profitability in the near future - Founding team balances approachability/transparency with hard work incredibly well

      Cons

      - Uncompromising on hiring A+ team members (can take longer than anticipated to fill a role) - People are in the office to take care of business; not a place to be inefficient with your day - Not a ton of opportunity to delegate work or focus purely on management; you must be a doer
