      Pros

      1) Amazing people to work with - very motivated people who help each other out and care a lot about their job 2) Lots of opportunity/responsibility - the company is growing and encourages strong ownership of projects 3) Bootcamp friendly - they take some people from coding bootcamps and spend time mentoring/growing those engineers 4) Open to ideas and people - title/seniority doesn't matter so much as making good cases for your point of view. encourages diversity and differences of opinions

      - Phenomenal engineering team really drives us forward - Intelligent, sociable, and humble coworkers make for a collaborative and productive atmosphere - Building unique IP with a clear path to profitability in the near future - Founding team balances approachability/transparency with hard work incredibly well

      Cons

      - Uncompromising on hiring A+ team members (can take longer than anticipated to fill a role) - People are in the office to take care of business; not a place to be inefficient with your day - Not a ton of opportunity to delegate work or focus purely on management; you must be a doer
