Caring culture and many growth opportunities - Anonymous employee DataServ (Missouri) Employee Review

I have been working at DataServ for about 1.5 years and it has been one of the best experiences in my career. The owners, management, and coworkers are such a joy to work with. I have never worked somewhere that allowed so many new ideas to be brought to the table and people actually listen and consider them all. The company culture is just phenomenal and going to work is actually fun! Nobody feels like just a number, a family like environment. I would and do recommend people to check out the neat opportunities DataServ offers. Another neat thing about DataServ is the career pathing. There are so many ways to move up or into other positions of interest and I appreciate that as it shows how much the company values its employees.

As far as cons, I can't think of anything to write as my experience here has been great so far.

Steady paychecks are nothing to sneeze at.

Jeff Haller, the founder and CEO of DataServ, is the final word in micromanagement. Ultimately, my time here benefited me with a steady paycheck, the usual FTE benefits, and nothing else.
